Bond Brick undertakes a wide range of building projects.
Our work has included major multi-unit residential sites, large commercial and public sector projects, one-off luxury country houses, self-builds, extensions and estate boundary walls. Our workforce numbers well over 100 site operatives. Each project is overseen by a company director to ensure quality and delivery targets are met.
Bond Brick has an enviable reputation for quality and timely delivery. Our unique management structure enables us to progress multi-unit residential and commercial builds while guiding other clients through self-builds and small works.

Site: Southampton Operational Command Unit
Developer: Kier Group
Client: Hampshire Constabulary
Currently in progress is the £38m build at the new Hampshire Constabulary Southampton Operational Command Unit (SOCU) due for completion in December 2010. This techically challenging project involves us laying over 10,000m2 of blockwork and brickwork in a variety of bonds. We have a permanent onsite management and surveying team to ensure the smooth running of the project which is the largest we have undertaken to date.

We have built several properties for Fairfax and we are currently undertaking all brickwork for this beautiful new build country manor house in rural Hampshire. As with all Fairfax projects, the attention detail and quality of finish has to be of the highest order.
The Property features 5,500 sq ft of interior space with:
- 4 large, beautifully proportioned reception rooms.
- Kitchen/breakfast room, extending to more than 550 sq ft, with designs drawn up by leading designer Mark Wilkinson.
- 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms.

Site: East Anton, Andover
Developer: Bellway Homes Wessex
Client: Private & Social Housing
Bond Brick has been engaged by Bellway Homes Wessex to build a new phase of private and affordable housing at East Anton.
East Anton is a development of what will be 2,500 new homes, to the East of Icknield Way, Andover. It includes a range of 1 to 5 bedroom homes, of which at least 40% will be affordable homes.
This contract award is the result of Bond Brick’s track record delivering quality homes for Bellway combined with competitive pricing. Rick Bond commented “We are delighted to be working with Bellway Wessex at East Anton. Bellway demand very high quality and a fast build programme. This is always challenge but our management stucture, high level of on site supervision together with our close working relationship with Bellway and a superb team of skilled operatives onsite means we will deliver”.

Bond Brick is currently building this exquisite Georgian style country house in picturesque Hamstead Marshall near Newbury. As with every Fairfax Classical Property, Holtwood is being constructed to the very highest standard in every respect, this significant new house offers about 5,500 sq ft (gross internal) arranged over basement, ground and first floors and will provide:
